Conditions of purchase

The following conditions apply to Nordvalls' internet sales to companies ("Customer").

In order for Nordvalls to fulfill its contractual obligations to the Customer in connection with the initial order:
a) register in Nordvalls' Customer register by providing your e-mail address, postal address, name, as well as personal ID/corporate ID number;
b) Nordvalls will only accept e-mail addresses from business mail addresses
c) agree to Nordvalls and/or its financial services handling submitted personal details by including them in the Customer register.

All orders are placed through our webshop.

All prices are in SEK excluding VAT and shipping. Shipping charges mirror the price lists of shipping companies for package goods.

Order confirmation
Once your order is received, a confirmation is sent via e-mail with details of the estimated delivery date.

Right of recall
If you wish to return an item from an approved delivery, you must notify Customer Service at or call 0046 10 169 17 00, within fourteen (14) days from the date you received your ordered products. Provide the order number, date of purchase and state the product in question. Do not return any products without first having been in contact with us - you need the correct return address and a return number that must be enclosed with the package! A precondition for the return to be approved is that the product has not been used and is in undamaged condition. You pay for the cost of the return. We will refund or nullify the value of the goods as soon as we have received them. Any shipping charge which is listed on the same invoice as the goods being returned will not be repaid/nullified.

Unclaimed packages
If a package is not picked up or if a shipment is returned due to an incorrect details, we will charge the current shipping costs as compensation for shipping and expenses.

Payment is by invoice.

Your ordered items are shipped to the address you specified in the order form. We use freight companies to ship goods. Shipping damage is sent to the selected shipping company. We pack orders on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and send the goods by the same afternoon. The delivery date can therefore normally vary by up to six days. If the estimated delivery dates differ during the course of order, we will contact you by email.

Before returning any faulty or damaged goods, you should first contact us at 0046 10 169 17 00 or State your name, order number and what you wish to make a claim for. We will then contact you and send the prepaid shipping documents. Reimbursement can only be made after we have received the returned goods.
